Contribution
The activities of this capoeira school are offered free of charge, without any fee or financial contribution.
This is because the person responsible for the school holds HSM (Highly Skilled Migrant) status. According to Dutch legislation, people with this visa cannot engage in remunerated activities outside the employment contract that justifies the visa. This restriction covers monthly fees, rates, contributions, and also donations, even if voluntary or symbolic.
Therefore, no form of payment can be requested or accepted, directly or indirectly.
Classes are offered on a free and non-commercial basis, focusing on the practice of capoeira as a social, cultural, and physical activity. There is no commercial relationship between the school and participants.
The person responsible is studying Dutch and plans to change HSM status in the first half of 2026, which will change the legal framework in the future. Any change will be clearly and提前 communicated.
We offer completely free classes to anyone receiving any of the following benefits while they are active: Bijstand, Huurtoeslag, Individuele Inkomenstoeslag, Kinderbijslag, Kinderopvangtoeslag, Kindgebonden Budget, Kindpakket or Zorgtoeslag.
Free access applies only during the period in which you are receiving the benefit.
